Being accepted into the Integrated Master’s of Accountancy program at UW, and being on track to graduate with my Masters in 2015.
In one summer, College Works Painting brought accountability and leadership to the forefront of my business skills, and the lessons I learned still help drive my work as a professional today.
College Works Painting helped me realize the importance of attention to detail, and most importantly, time management. That being said, the success of my career is dependent on the aforementioned factors.
The greatest lesson I learned from College Works Painting would have to be a tie between time management and rejection. Rejection helped me learn to evaluate why I did not succeed, so that I could change my approach in the future.
There are many different roads to success, so avoid comparing yourself to others. The more time spent questioning yourself means more time for competitors to get ahead.
