Self improvement
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
It helped me greatly in over coming fears of interviews and meeting people at big companies. It also helped me learn about myself in a business environment and helped me get a job immediately after completing the internship.
What do you want to tell your clients about what it meant to work with them and how it has helped you get to where you are today?
Thank all of you for letting me take on your projects to completion. I hope you are all still extremely happy with how everything came out and thank you for the experiences over the summer.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
Hard work pays off.
How have the friendships and networks you built during CW affected you?
Though I did not get to participate in the trips, the people I have met from interns to my DMs and VPs are just as driven to become successful. They help you to push yourself and compete to be the best you can.
If you had to come up with a one line slogan for CW, what would it be?
Yeah, we can do that too!
Advice
What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Always do your research before taking on anything. Not everyone is willing to help but hard work does pay off long term.
Many college students struggle to choose between an internship specific to their target industry or doing CW. What advice would you give them on this subject if they wanted to enter your career field?
This internship helps mold you into your own boss. After this internship I knew exactly what I wanted from employers to the people I have around me. This is something that can help you even if your not business major. These are skills that can help in any career.

Stay on top of what you wish to accomplish.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
Paintballing for payroll Friday was awesome!
