In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?
College Works Painting has meant everything – hopes, dreams, expectations, and requirements of what I’ve required my life to be.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
After graduation – lost. What to do with yourself after having real roles and responsibilities accompanied by a great paycheck exceeding most post-graduation business degree positions. Two future requirements… onward and upward!
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
Nothing gets in the way of success… snow storms, estimate cancellations and every other excuse a first year manager shares with his/her DM… ever.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
No one cares what you do or don’t do while interning with College Works Painting. However, you will always remember.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Always build upon your personal strengths to be successful in real estate – I’ve found that personal motivation, a heart of gold and finding a mentor who already sells more real estate than they know what to do with are your keys to success.
