At AJW Ventures, I help small businesses make sense of their corporate finances and set them up for sustained success. My primary focus is on FP&A, where I bring data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and drive growth. For smaller companies needing strategic financial leadership, I also provide fractional CFO support, managing everything from financial planning to forecasting with a focus on scalability and clear financial visibility. My goal is to ensure clients have a solid financial foundation, positioning them for future growth and resilience.
What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?Getting promoted straight from an MTP to a sales rep.
College Works Painting helped me learn just how much of a workload I can handle.
College Works Painting helped be to get to my current position. Within 6 months of finishing I started as a Management Trainee at Sherwin Williams which lead to my current position.
The biggest lesson I learned was how good businesses run and how to learn from them.
Really set out to leverage the internship and don’t take it lightly.
You have to be ready to learn and learn quickly. In manufacturing finishing there is a lot to learn and you work with people who have a lot of experience.
Being able to bond and celebrate with other young entrepreneurs on payroll Fridays.
