In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?
Not only did I make more money than I ever had in my life, more importantly I learned many things about myself that I could not have learned any other way.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
I learned a great deal about myself from the experience that I never knew before. I learned how to manage my time, how to delegate responsibilities, resolve conflict, lead from the front, and control profit. I imagine that for the rest of my life, I will still be drawing from the lessons that I learned.
Advice
Many college students struggle to choose between an internship specific to their target industry or doing CW. What advice would you give them on this subject if they wanted to enter your career field?
I have never heard of any other internship which provides such a well-rounded and hands-on learning experience as College Works Painting.
