Brief Description of Duties / Responsibilities:
Human Resources within North America Retail (NAR) segment, specifically leading portfolio of brands focused on meals & baking solutions. This is a $4B+ set of brands spanning a full cross-functional team. This role is the primary HR business partner for the President and 12 leadership team members providing day-to-day executive coaching on the business, as well as HR leadership of key organizational initiatives such as DE&I efforts, talent development & pipelining, and ongoing strategy for ways of working. This position also manages the HR team supporting Brand Management.

College Works Painting is an internship that allows you to learn what it takes to be successful in the business world. It is what you make of it.

Understand how people work and think. Relationships are a huge component of how easy or difficult it will be to get things done.
