What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?After I was hired at my first job post-CWP, I was promoted within two months showing my capabilities exceed quotas and learn quickly.

In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?
College Works Painting has brought me to meet my most valued relationships today, and has jumpstarted my career. College Works Painting has been responsible for much of my success and happiness. For that, College Works Painting has meant so much to me, and am grateful to part of the College Works Painting family.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
College Works Painting impacted my career immediately after college. I graduated in May of this year, and with 3 years being at College Works Painting I was able to land a job before even graduating.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
Relationships are EVERYTHING.
Advice
What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Never give up, and look for the positive in everything you’re doing. Perseverance is so important, as well as showing loyalty with a company, and showing that you aren’t the type of person to give up. Employers will want to see you can handle obstacles and navigate yourself in various environments, as well as hold yourself accountable.
Last words of wisdom?
Don’t psych yourself out that you can’t do something. Create goals, put your mind to it, don’t hold back, and enjoy the ride!!
