Represented agency lenders and Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae as single counsel in over a thousand commercial real estate finance transactions; including the largest loan portfolio in the history of the Freddie Mac Small Balance Loan program — a $191,000,000 portfolio of 39 loans in East Harlem, New York. I regularly coordinated staff in the assembly of loan documents and signature pages for execution and personally reviewed and finalized all sets of documents prior to execution and delivery.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
In the College Works Painting program you will work hard and you will have to keep pushing to get through it. It will not be easy, but it is a lot easier than what is waiting for you after graduation. College Works Painting will give you the knowledge, the discipline, and the grit to meet the challenges that life has in store for you after school.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Be as prepared as you can be, but know how to think on your feet. It is much like learning to swim by being thrown into the water. Take from it what you can, learn as much as you can and adapt to your environment as quickly as you can.
Last words of wisdom?
Preparation will get you so far, but being able to think on your feet will get you through to the end.
