What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?

At first I was reluctant about joining a painting company to gain experience. Then I learned how many aspects of business they would train and help me to become proficient in. During an eight month period I learned important marketing, sales, and management techniques which are irreplaceable.

Many college students struggle to choose between an internship specific to their target industry or doing CW. What advice would you give them on this subject if they wanted to enter your career field?

The College Works Painting internship was critical in helping me form an outlook on the world of business and entrepreneurship. This is a difficult learning experience however, with perseverance you will be able to reach your goals and start your way along your own path to success.
