In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?
College Works Painting has taught me how drive myself constantly to become more successful in both my personal and professional life.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
Finding a high-paying career after running a successful business with College Works Painting was cake after graduation. Not only was I taught effective communication with colleagues and clients as a Branch Manager, but I was also taught organization, effective management, and incredible sales techniques that I still use today. As a District Manager with College Works Painting, I learned very effective and efficient recruitment techniques, how to train and manage a sales team, and how party on the side.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
There is no limit to your success. You and only you decide on how successful you wish to become.

What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
You must be able to work with people from many different backgrounds and have an extreme drive for success.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
My favorite memory from College Works Painting was our two week vacation starting in Long Beach, CA over New Years, then to Orange County, and then to Big Bear, CA for our skiing trip.

If you can dream it, it is possible. Never stop fighting.
