My proudest accomplishment as been qualifying for President’s Club for the last two companies I have worked for.

How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
College Works Painting provided me a foundation to my sales career and was the reason I was hired over the other candidates for my first job out of college.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
College Works Painting taught me the nuances of how to run a business. Every step of the way was my responsibility. Everything from designing and implementing a marketing plan, to estimates, to sales, to recruiting, hiring, training, and managing employees, to managing the job sites, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Put in the time and effort now and it will pay serious dividends for your career later on.
