I am the sales and marketing manager for a community in Cheltenham PA. My responsibility is to be the CEO in this community and drive sales to hit our quota per month. I take clients through the entire process from first meeting to selling the home and I am with them through the construction. The process is typically 6 months long and I am responsible for selling 3-5 homes a month.
What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?My job currently. I sell families their dream homes. It’s a challenge, but nothing is better then seeing their face after the new home is built.
College Works Painting taught me the value of persistence
Immediately after, College Works Painting gave me the confidence to walk into any interview with knowledge that the employer needed me and I would add value. Now, I don’t walk clients around their old homes anymore, but I do walk clients through their brand new homes and the principals are the same. Show value, solve a problem, act professional. All the skills from College Works Painting are transferable.

If it was easy then everyone would do it. Some days can be rough, but celebrate small accomplishments.
Joe young was always a friend. But we share that bond now also. He will be in my wedding too. I talk to Tom Heiler from College Works Painting a lot and we have done many business deals together.
If your going to do it, go full speed. Money will come (and go) the experience was worth 10 times what I made (and I’d say I did well). You’re part of an elite group
My field demands you to constantly think outside the box. You don’t learn that from taking 1 road. College Works Painting makes you problem solve. Those skills are transferable anywhere.
Cancun and eating the fish we caught deep sea fishing with my boys.
Summers are hot. Ladders are heavy. Paint gets everywhere. But it’s worth it. I owe a lot of myself now to that experience.
