Make sure to set realistic expectations for the customer.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Be prepared to work hard. The experience is what you make it. If you want a great experience that you can build your career off of work as hard as you can and build relationships with fellow branch managers.

Keep trying to learn something new everyday.
