Vet and approve budgets and schedules, oversee and manage up to 35 titles simultaneously, advise on technical choices and workflows for 4K/UHD HDR deliveries, manage creative review process, onboard and train Post Supervisors and vendors to deliver to Netflix, manage final deliverables and coordinate with Localization, Marketing, and Product teams to prep assets for global launch.

Advice
Many college students struggle to choose between an internship specific to their target industry or doing CW. What advice would you give them on this subject if they wanted to enter your career field?
I choose College Works Painting because it was going to give me the opportunity to run my own business. My grandfather and father both started their own businesses and so I grew up with that ingrained in me to be my own boss and be able to make my own decisions.
