How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
College Works Painting gave me confidence to take charge. Now I know how to handle objections, deal with customer service problems, and close.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Be ready for a tough summer. It’s not all about the money, you may not make quite as much as you think. You’ll still learn a lot, and have some good take-aways.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Don’t try to do this on the side. Real estate is a full time job, and you can’t be successful with out treating it as such.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
Payroll Friday when we went for a buffet and arcade games. I had a lot of fun and it forced me away from a stressful client.

Learn all you can from positive and negative experiences alike, and you’ll do well.
