College Works Painting taught me how to be a professional which gave me a big head start after college.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
College Works Painting really helped me with job interviews. Doing sales in college taught me how to sell myself effectively which made job interviews a lot easier.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
Confidence is my own ability was the greatest lesson I learned from College Works Painting. The gives you the framework to accomplish a ton as long as you put in the effort.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Everyone coming out of college has a degree, find a way to separate yourself from other people and build a network prior to graduation.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Build your network in college. The main reason I was able to get a job at a company like LinkedIn after college was through a relationship that I built during my time with College Works Painting.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
The year end camping trip was an awesome time.

Give 100% effort in everything you do, you won’t have any doubts or regrets if you follow that motto.
