How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
After College Works Painting, I took a position in sales management for a start up business. After relocation I took a position as an assistant GM and have climbed the ladder from there.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
The sales cycle College Works Painting leaves you with gives you a great structure for future sales positions.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Don’t forget to think about why someone would hand you money. Make sure to follow through with the expectations that you set. If you are successful learn to teach others new skills.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Be ready, focused and disciplined. Everyday will be a learning experience. Communicate with your customers and unique opportunities will present themselves.
