Your output is both a function of energy applied and how you apply your energy (i.e., inspiring others to apply energy for you).

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
I can guarantee that College Works Painting will provide you with opportunities to push yourself. Make the most of them!
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
I wouldn’t enter the field unless I was very detail oriented. Passion for argument is a necessary condition but certainly not sufficient. You need to want to make ratified arguments.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
I produced the most work during the first pay period. I am fond of this memory because I turned out to be rather abysmal at production.

Just do it.
