In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?
College Works Painting was the platform that I learned most of my good habits and business sense, and where I have met most of my life long friends.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
Everything I do has some part of what I learned from the College Works Painting program. Most of all is to not settle for the lowest hanging fruit.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
If you can build trust and then deliver what you promised you will succeed in any business or relationship.
Advice
What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Consistency will determine your level of success, hit your target every week. The College Works Painting internship is over a lot faster than you think and you will either be saying “I can believe I kicked ass at that” or ” I wish I would have just worked a little harder”… And you will carry that for the rest of your life.
