In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?
College Works Painting opened my eyes to possibilities I didn’t know existed.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
I just started my first real world job a few months ago. My College Works Painting experience has spoiled me, because now I have to find other things to do with my spare time at work because they don’t hand out promotions fast enough to keep my work ethic satisfied.
What do you want to tell your clients about what it meant to work with them and how it has helped you get to where you are today?

What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
I learned what my limits truly were. And they go a lot farther than I thought they did.
How have the friendships and networks you built during CW affected you?
I am going to be a groomsman at the wedding of a great guy I interned with. My DM will also be in attendance for what will most definitely be an outrageous bachelor party!
If you had to come up with a one line slogan for CW, what would it be?
Work hard, party hard, get paid! #cwplife
Advice
What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
My advice comes in the form of a question: If you can’t run a residential house painting company…what makes you think you’ll be able to run a Fortune 500 company?
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
You have your whole life to work for the man. You’ll never get an opportunity like this again.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
Our VP treating us to dinner at a Japanese restaurant for our end of the year banquet.

Anyone can work hard; those who succeed work both hard and smart.
