What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?I have been able to start a small consulting business on the side, move to downtown Denver, and provide for me and my fiance while putting her through school.

In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?
Life changing experience, that put me at the top of my game in college at CU, which allowed me to excel and surpass all my friends that were not a part of College Works Painting.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
Impacted my career immediately because it allowed me to get a job with a great company in the field that I wanted to go into.
What do you want to tell your clients about what it meant to work with them and how it has helped you get to where you are today?
Challenging, yet supportive.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
Perserverance / Never giving up. Always putting that last bit of extra efforts pays huge dividends.
How have the friendships and networks you built during CW affected you?
Amazing. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without the relationships I developed at College Works Painting.

Advice
What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Don’t give up! I know there’s many times you want to, but just don’t. You don’t realize the skills and mindset you are learning from the DM’s and VP’s.
Many college students struggle to choose between an internship specific to their target industry or doing CW. What advice would you give them on this subject if they wanted to enter your career field?
Going through College Works Painting will make you better than anyone doing an internship at a company in your industry. Everyone can push papers or do “research”. Not everyone can build and manage a business. If you can, be prepared for a life that most people can’t imagine.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Learn the technology, and understand that it’s a very small industry. We are all connected nowadays, and you never know who might turn up for who someday. Never burn bridges.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
Cancun!!!!
