What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?When I presented to a client (UW Capital Projects) selling them on one of our processes. My executive congratulated me on strengthening our relationship.
My experience at College Works Painting helped me build confidence in my abilities as both a sales person and a manager which eventually helped me find my career.
My College Works Painting experience impacted my career even before I graduated. I found contracting to be exciting and I switched my major to Construction Management.
I found my friendly, easygoing personality to be a huge strength especially when it came to sales. This was something I had taken for granted and had never thought of as strength prior to my experience at College Works Painting.
Screen your leads. If you waste time on bad leads you will have less time to spend with clients who want to buy from you. Invest upfront in screening your leads. If you avoid spending hours with someone you know isn’t going to buy you can spend that time out finding more leads for a client who you are sure will buy. (Usually at higher margin)
Competing with one of my best friends each week for Leads/ sales/ production!
