I was a non-target school graduate, without a finance degree, who landed a job on the buy-side by being recruited for my online writing credentials and capabilities.

In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?
College Works Painting is the most difficult and intense business + learning experience I’ve ever had.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
I learned how to work. Immediately after my College Works Painting internship it was extraordinarily notable how much I had grown and learned beyond those my same age. Today I understand the basics of business and have utilized it in both my day-to-day when analyzing public companies, along with my advisement capabilities in advising start-ups.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
You determine your fate.
If you had to come up with a one line slogan for CW, what would it be?
Just keep going.

What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Career Field: I hope you have an interest in finance, or you’re not going to be very happy.
