In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?
College Works Painting has taught me how to work hard, and prices beyond doubt that hard work pays off.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
College Works Painting didn’t impact too much out of college because I played pro soccer first! But it set the tone for the work I do now. There are several parallels that make me better at what I do now.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
To keep working hard and not to get discouraged.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
To take in as much as you can about building relationships and how to effectively do that.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Be personable and build good relationships. Be ready to work hard and play harder, long hours but if you put the proper time in you will succeed.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
It would have to be when we all went to Windsor, Canada for a payroll event. It was awesome having everyone together while visiting a new place.
Last words of wisdom?
Work hard and play hard really does exist outside of College Works Painting!
