Brief Description of Duties / Responsibilities:
I direct lead our global team as we support one of our Fortune5 clients. My team is global and supports our customer operations across North America, EMEA, and APAC. I focus on understanding my customers’ business and technical challenges, aligning our Professional Services and global scale to those challenges, and ultimately accelerate my customers’ business and reach globally. My team recruits, hires, and manages hundreds of resources across 15+ countries to drive results for our customers.
What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?My proudest accomplishment post College Works Painting has been the control I have on my life. I control when things happen, what stresses me out, what goals I have, and what path I walk. That all comes from learning the time management and prioritization skills that I learned from College Works Painting.

In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?
College Works Painting is an internship program that will transform yourself into something you couldn’t even imagine was possible.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
College Works Painting impacted my career by not only giving me the skills needed to move forward, but also the confidence and awareness around what I was capable of achieving.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
The greatest lesson I learned from College Works Painting is that I can figure anything out. It may take help from others, personal study, or even several failed attempts; but I know I can do anything.
Advice
What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
You can do it, and you can be successful. Do all you can now to get ahead, if you wait until after graduation, you’ll be living in your parents’ basement.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Learn how to sell. Everything in life functions better if you have a basic understanding of how to sell yourself, how to understand how to sell to individuals, and how to guide your words/actions to a goal.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
2nd year in Cancun, after eating some raw barracuda (which you aren’t supposed to do); one member of our party got sick. He had to dash out of the van while in bumper to bumper traffic to drop trow on the side of a Mexican Highway. Many a folk saw that glorious moment.
Last words of wisdom?
Complacency is the womb of mediocrity.
