Brief Description of Duties / Responsibilities:
This role required one call closing for inbound and outbound leads in which the prospective clients were looking for either a consolidation loan or debt relief. The role especially focused on increasing internal motivation within the prospect to not just move their debt around but to arrive at a solution that would actually pay the debt off. Within two months of working began consistently achieving top 20 in stats in the entire company of over 600 agents. I also founded PurposeFit. During this tenure, I leverage a semi-custom mobile app to adapt prescriptions for lifestyle, nutrition, and exercise for each client within live, remote, and hybrid settings. Utilize quantitative and qualitative means of assessment, including diagnostic lab work, training volume, movement quality, and tracker data to form a fully customized plan to assist the client’s general health and longevity as well as their specific goals. Create and implement a custom exercise routine for clients, while instructing others learning how to be a personal trainer/S&C coach and coaching them as athletes/clients. Administer 5-20 athletes/clients with scheduling, and billing. List of my achievements: ✪ Founded and executed all operations for the entire business to date. ✪ Established and developed the business entirely through word of mouth over 7 years to the present; migrated the business to upscale by including clinical provider networking services. ✪ Delivered all-in-one health and performance coaching from post-surgery care, consisting of lab analysis to special operations and international sports athletes’ preparations. ✪ Implemented the use of semi-custom application for client interactions.
