How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
College Works Painting was an invaluable experience for helping me learn more about myself, my strengths and limitations, as well as insight into the pros and cons of the business world. It helped me choose a fulfilling career path as well as expand conceptions of my own capacity.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
There is a great difference between knowing what to do, and being able to do it well. Growth is a continual process.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Know what you are getting into. It can be an amazing experience, but it is a lot of work that you need to be prepared for: mentally, physically and emotionally.
