College Works Painting allowed me inclusion into a pool of candidates my senior year, immediately after graduation. The professional engine it built during my years in college is the same one that drives me at work.

You can’t control whether or not you are the smartest or most talented person — but you’re in full control of whether or not you are the most hard working. Luckily, the last attribute is the best indicator of success.
Learning to thrive in a performance-based environment is invaluable no matter what career path you choose.
During my junior year, I met a student who told me College Works Painting provided no value. I then spent the rest of the year running a business while he made me Carnitas burritos at the school cafeteria. Also, hanging out and having a great time with my interns and exec team.
Relationships are EVERYTHING.
