What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?

Starting several successful business’s, while having the most fun I have ever had.

College Works Career Impact

In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?

The reason I am now surrounded by as many successful friends as I have, and the reason I have the skills to be successful in whatever I choose.

How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?

I have only been out of College Works Painting a year, but immediately after graduation I knew exactly what I wanted to do as a career and what I would and wouldn’t be successful.

What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?

Relationships are everything, both on a personal level and on a professional level. Also there is no substitute for a hard work effort, skills can me learned, but a hard work ethic cannot.

Advice

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?

The 3 reasons I was the top manager in the state and top 15 nationally was because of 3 reasons. 1- Extremely hard work ethic, everyone wants extraordinary results for ordinary effort. it doesn’t work like that. 2- Mentality, I took everything that happened to me and I was responsible for it. Always looking how I could make the situation better. 3- I did EXACTLY what my DM said, I knew he had my best interest at heart and would’t get paid if I didn’t make money.

What’s your favorite memory from CW?

Being in Cancun after my first year and winning my manager of the year award and getting the chance to breathe and reflect on what I had just learned and accomplished.

Last words of wisdom?

Good things don’t come to those who wait. Good things come to those who work hard and earn it!!
