In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?

With College Works Painting I was able to learn what hard work really is, what my strengths and weaknesses are, and how to overcome obstacles of success.

How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?

Immediately, College Works Painting gave me an extreme amount of confidence and that confidence has carried over through my career so far. After walking into dozens of stranger’s houses and selling yourself, job interviews seem easy.

What do you want to tell your clients about what it meant to work with them and how it has helped you get to where you are today?

I just want to thank all of my clients for having confidence in me as a manager and working with me as I learned.

What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?

Time management is the greatest skill that I improved during my intern years with CWP. A few times I learned the hard way, but College Works Painting was a great avenue to improve that skill.

How have the friendships and networks you built during CW affected you?

The friendships are one of the best things that I took away from College Works Painting. I’m still in contact with many of them and look forward to seeing where all of our careers take us.

If you had to come up with a one line slogan for CW, what would it be?

It’s a bit cliche, but spot on: work hard, play hard
