College Works Painting has meant proving to myself that I can really exceed at what I put my mind to and living up to the challenge, even when compared to some incredible people.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
The mentality of pushing through failure drove me to pursue an interview withe Deloitte despite being turned down multiple times before
What do you want to tell your clients about what it meant to work with them and how it has helped you get to where you are today?
Thank you for understanding my misses and rewarding my crew and I so well when we took the time to make everything perfect! 2007
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
Failure is not a bad thing and that there is always something to be improved upon

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Ask as many questions as possible during research and don’t be worried about being scared, we ALL were!
Many college students struggle to choose between an internship specific to their target industry or doing CW. What advice would you give them on this subject if they wanted to enter your career field?
Have a solid, tangible goal in mind (not $$$). This will be what keeps you going when you have those really rough days
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Do College Works Painting as early as possible so that you can do it and then decide to continue College Works Painting or move to industry. If you only have one year left, the confidence and experience you gain at College Works Painting far outweighs almost any other internship you will ever do

Skydiving
