What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
Throughout my experience with College Works Painting I have learned more than I would in any other internship setting. Usual internships are full of paperwork, uncomfortable clothes, and disgruntled people. While at some point during the summer I did deal with disgruntled employees and clients, no other internship would have taught me how to effectively handle and resolve such situations.
How have the friendships and networks you built during CW affected you?
Throughout the training and support come everlasting connections and relationships that will hold useful to one in the future.
Advice
Many college students struggle to choose between an internship specific to their target industry or doing CW. What advice would you give them on this subject if they wanted to enter your career field?
I would recommend an internship with College Works Painting to anybody who is willing to put forth the effort needed to develop themselves as a business professional, leader, manager, and human being. There is no better rewarding experience.
