My College Works Painting experience gave me the chance to learn from trying to unite a team with one common goal in a business.

Being the leader means working twice as hard as everyone else and leading by example.

Hiring is the most important part. Take time in hiring correctly and it will make your life a lot easier.

Get series 7 licensed.
