College Works Painting is one of the most challenging experiences you will encounter, which results experiences you will reflect on for the rest of your life.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
College Works Painting is definitely a resume booster showing what you are capable of. On almost all of my entry-level interviews it is what everyone focused on due to the variety and challenging work.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
Take a step back and look at the bigger picture. You aren’t there to be a painter, so don’t be. If you really focus on the business-side of things you will be much more successful.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
If you don’t give it everything you have now, you will regret it forever.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Diversify yourself and don’t shy away from challenging assignments.
