Experience to challenge myself and gain skills I didn’t know I had.
I was confident enough to leave my major after college and follow something I was passionate about, as I learned from doing College Works Painting. Now I apply my skills of managing, marketing and relationship building daily in my role as a recruiter.
Not to give up and keep working. Things can feel horrible and like a failure as you’re going through them but those are the exact experiences that are the most important to growing, developing and becoming a better person.
Be ready to work hard, be open to make many, many mistakes, be committed to not giving up and be honest ad truthful.
The trip to Cancun after finishing my branch manager year over +$60,000. It was the reality that I achieved the goal I set for myself and that I could achieve something no matter how hard it seemed.
Everything feels like a failure in the middle, keep going.
