•Drive enterprise strategy and manage vendor relationships for collaboration related applications. •Gather requirements for and manage the delivery of custom software solutions by facilitating discovery, writing user stories, tracking status, providing stakeholder updates, and creating/executing a test plan. •Build custom solutions to automate business processes such as change management (communications bot). •Implement governance for the Microsoft Power Platform along with a strategy for citizen led development. •Key role on employee provisioning initiative, mapping AS-IS and TO-BE business processes using BPMN notation. •Leadership team member for the career development program, which provides career growth opportunities.

How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
My College Works Painting experience offered the fundamental skills to be an independent worker; I use a lot of the client relation skill I attained to manage relations with districts at my current position.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
Expectation setting is imperative.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
College Works Painting is an awesome experience, the best part is that it’s up to you to get what you want out of it. You attain a well rounded business skill-set while being able to grow most in the areas that interest you.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Organization, strong communication skills/stakeholder relations.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
Having a casual post-call party dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings turn into a Blazing Challenge eating contest.
