Since working at College Works Painting and graduating from college I have gotten married, started and progressed along in a rewarding career path, and obtained a Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management at Loyola University.

Being thrown into the deep end of management at College Works Painting was a great learning experience.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
It taught me how work with people and ‘sell’ ideas to influence and affect others in a positive way.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Selling means influencing others. We all do this in our personal lives, but doing it in a professional format is a great skill.

Understand how to work with people and build relationships.
