College Works Painting was a great learning experience.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
College Works Painting helped me gain skills on interviewing and management. First job out of college was a sales position. College Works Painting gave me the skills to be successful in sales. I also learned many time management techniques.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
The art of sales. The principals learned during the internship cross over to any other product.

Work Hard/Play Hard

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Go Hard! The program is a lot of hard work but worth it.
Many college students struggle to choose between an internship specific to their target industry or doing CW. What advice would you give them on this subject if they wanted to enter your career field?
College Works Painting is versatile. It can relate to any industry.
