What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
College Works Painting itself taught me various different techniques on how to run a business and manage multiple people, but I took so much more away from the experience than the tangible skills I developed during it. The confidence that I have developed during this internship not only has translated to my professional life, but to my personal life as well.
How have the friendships and networks you built during CW affected you?
I met some of my good friends through this internship and have met several people that will be able to help me later in life, whether it be in business or in my personal life.
Advice
Many college students struggle to choose between an internship specific to their target industry or doing CW. What advice would you give them on this subject if they wanted to enter your career field?
If you are second-guessing College Works Painting, I strongly recommend that you challenge yourself and take a leap of faith. I promise you won’t regret it.
