Preparing content for construction status reports. Providing input on project schedule. Reviewing the contractor baseline schedule and providing recommendations. Identifying potential scope changes.
What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?Winning a national championship in rowing at the end of my junior year. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Given the obstacles our team faced that season I am even more proud of what the four of us were able to do.

In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?
It gave me the baseline to help grow my career. I was also able to find success in other aspects of my life because of the patience and dedication I learned while working with College Works Painting.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
College Works Painting helped me to get an internship at a great company (Allstate). I was able to apply a lot of the knowledge and leadership skills I gained to the rowing team on campus as well.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
Planning can make or break your success. Come prepared, and there will be very little that can go wrong.
Advice
What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Keep your head up, stay confident, and don’t stop trying. The biggest obstacle you face is often yourself.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
The race car payroll event was a lot of fun!
