What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?ShopperTrak promoting me to oversee the northeast market, which is our most important, highest producing territory.
College Works Painting introduced me to the world of sales and provided me with the base knowledge and skills to be successful at it.
The internship was a great resume builder and provided me with the experience and skills other fresh college graduates just did not have.
My moms house (Kim Saxton). It is great going back there and knowing me and my team painted that house and refinished the deck for her rather than someone else. She still loves it! I also had another house but can?? remember the name. We had an agressive deadline but we were able to finish the house before their daughters grad party and they could not thank us enough.
Work ethic, ability to get told no and bounce back, benefits of sales and management.
I still stay in touch with a few guys from my team and my manager.
Work hard, play hard.
Be prepared to grind. The door to door marketing and cold calling is a lot of work, but the rewards you see during production make it worth it. Aim for presidents club, the activities are a blast!
My career field, sales, is directly related to College Works Painting. It showed me that I could be successful in anything I did if I worked hard and focused on a goal.
Sales requires a lot of hard work, the ability to connect with people, and a self driven individual. If you are that person, the benefits are unmatched…and usually uncapped.
The Windsor trip was awesome! Cannot really elaborate and keep it PG-13, but you want to be there!
I was really skeptical at first and probably scared to fail. I took the chance and I can literally attribute my opportunities since to the College Works Painting internship.
