How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
My College Works Painting experience helped me with my interviewing skills, made me more comfortable talking with people. Gave me LOTS to talk about.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
Failing is hard but it will be worth it when you reach your goals.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Only do it if you are willing to put in the work, it will pay off! College Works Painting is probably the hardest internship you could choose to do.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
Going to VEGAS for District Manager training!

You will only get out of this what you put into it. Be willing to work hard and you will do well!
