What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Sticking it out when the going gets tough is critical, because it makes you that much stronger when you make it through. It also teaches you how to handle adversity when things aren’t going your way.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Do as much as you can and start as early as possible. Any work experience is valuable and gives you skills that transfer over to your next stepping stone.
