College Works Painting is a great introduction to management and entrepreneurship that helps instill lifelong skills.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
I was able to build upon basic business skills during my fellowship on Regional Development with the Great Valley Center.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
You can’t just work hard, you need to work smart.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
College Works Painting takes commitment, discipline and hard work – values I believe are required for success in any line of work, so the values that the program helps to instill will stay with you regardless of where you go post-College Works Painting. But the program is highly recommended for anyone interested in owning their own business one day.
