In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?
College Works Painting has been the greatest personal development experience of my life.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
College Works Painting made it easy for me to get into Fortune 500 companies as a co-op.
What do you want to tell your clients about what it meant to work with them and how it has helped you get to where you are today?
Few of my clients were just clients. Most all helped develop me as a young professional.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
Relationships are everything.
How have the friendships and networks you built during CW affected you?
Although my path has split from many of my College Works Painting friends, they have built the foundation for my success moving forward. I am constantly reminded of their strengths and will always make time to lend a hand when asked.
If you had to come up with a one line slogan for CW, what would it be?
Don’t drop the paint, homie. just kidding. Relationships are everything. I know this is already a motto, but it truly says it all.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Prep. Prime. Paint. Stay strong in the face of adversity.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Do both. College Works Painting gave me the work ethic and competitiveness to be a leader in my specific target industry. I would not have found myself at Toyota or GE Aviation without College Works Painting internship first.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
Taking a Saturday off to go to Kings Island with all the managers, DMs, and Brent.
Last words of wisdom?
Keep your nose down. Don’t let up when you’re ahead and down give up when you’re behind.
