How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
A huge change in my drive and character. It transformed me into a go-getter.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
Don’t settle for just any job with a paycheck. Anything is possible, so pursue a career or purpose you’re passionate about.
Advice
What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
The College Works Painting experience flies by! Don’t wait for anything, go out and make it happen. One of the worst feelings is looking back and thinking “I could have done more”
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Get your hands dirty, even if it’s not in a Saas (service as a Software) environment. The skills and attributes you gain are more important than past roles on a resume.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
Just about every payroll event!

Every day is what you make of it. As cliche as it sounds, every successful person I know operates under this belief.
