In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?
College Works Painting helped me realize what hard work and things will go wrong, but it’s how you react that is what defines you.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
My College Works Painting experience has been a great resume builder and conversation topic. It is very different than the typical corporate internship you may experience. Being in a sales job now for a large corporation the work I do now is much easier due to the experience I have had going door to door and cold calling.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
Sales. Getting out of my comfort zone.
Advice
What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Have an open mind. Continue to push on. The tough days usually turn out to be the most rewarding.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
Seeing how happy the customer and his family were about the end results.

College is only the beginning of great things to come.
