In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?
College Works Painting was the best way to start my business career because I smashed through so many preconceived notions at a young age that would have been hindrances in the future.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
My experience with College Works Painting gave me an incredible amount of confidence. My speaking ability is superior to most people I meet.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
The customer isn’t thinking about me as much as I’m thinking about them, so I don’t need to feel like I’m bothering them by calling too often.
Advice
What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Just do it. Stick with it and your reward is far greater than a monetary value.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
Padres game. All the meetings with my clients. Coming home at night after working all day. Being on conference calls during the middle of a party on the beach.
