On today’s show, we interview founder of Neon Owl, Elaine Huang who shares with us her distilled wisdom on following your passion, thinking outside the box, and working for the greater good.

Neon Owl is a media company and lifestyle brand that connects artists and fans while giving back to charities across the world.

We start this show with Elaine sharing why you need to work with integrity if you hope to tether on the edge of excellence.

Growing up, Elaine grappled with low self confidence and imposter syndrome. She was never interested in studies and just did enough so that she could secure her admission at UC Davis.

It was at this juncture that she enrolled into College Works which gave the chance to be her own boss. And this served as a huge confidence booster for Elaine.

Upon graduation, Elaine worked as the VP of Business Development at Rayco, a company specializing in solar energy. But she was eager to make a larger impact and work for the greater good.

And this served as her big why for Neon Owl.
