I worked with Griffin setting up this project and he was very responsive and informed laying the ground work for the job. Austin, the young man who actually did the painting, took great care with the initial prep work, which was very much appreciated, and did a fine job. I would consider this using this company again for future projects.

I’m so happy with the repairs, power washing, and painting that the College Works team did at my house in Grand Rapids. Brady Drueke stopped at my house in April to see if we needed any work done. Normally, I don’t work with people that just knock at my door. However, I liked his character and his enthusiasm and felt comfortable. We walked around the house and he gave me excellent recommendations and then put together a quote while he was there. I hired him/them. They finished the work earlier than promised. I know there was probably more prep time than they probably expected, but they never complained and did not ask for any extra money. A perfect transaction with great results. I’m so glad I trusted my “gut” and hired them. I strongly recommend Brady and his team. And, I smile every time I pull in my driveway and see how nice our house looks. A+++

Griffin Mitchell was open and friendly when he visited in April. Saw work I needed and gave me a quote. The process was about an hour and I liked his attitude. Wish I could have done everything but wasn’t able due to my other
unexpected bills.

The young man that reached out to me re: refinishing & staining my deck was not only professional and thorough but well spoken and well mannered.… an earmark of a true professional. Joshua Mötley was punctual, knowledgeable, gracious, and very mature for his young age. He took the time to explain the entire process as well as everything that would be included.

Samantha stopped by to see if we were interested in cleaning and staining our deck. She set up an appointment with us and showed up with donuts to start our meeting. She was knowledgeable about the services and spent time doing show and tell with us. I would recommend Samantha as the contractor for your needs

I had a rather small experience with this company through Griffin Mitchell, but I was very pleasantly surprised by this young man’s professionalism. He was knowledgeable and very cordial. We exchanged several messages about potential work for me, and he was always very responsive and thorough with his information.
My project would involved only a very small job—painting two wooden frames. I ultimately changed my mind and decided to replace them with engineered wood instead of repainting. If I had more woodwork to be done, I would definitely consider this company.

We just bought our house last fall and knew going into it that the exterior needed work. Older two story with wood siding, paint was chipping pretty bad on the south side from years of sun exposure. A friend recommended I reach out and Shiloh came out the following weekend. Spent a good amount of time looking it over and explaining what prep work would need to happen before any paint goes on. Appreciated that he didn’t just slap a number on it and leave.

Bekan was great to work with. He was very trustworthy, easy to get ahold of, and communicated everything clearly from start to finish. The quality of the work was truly five-star, and everything turned out exactly how we hoped. Highly recommend Bekan if you’re looking for a smooth and professional painting experience.

While we have ultimately decided not to have our house painted at this time, Shiloh was tenacious, detailed and professional from the first day he knocked on our door. In fact, we weren’t even considering painting our home but were impressed by his personality, sales pitch and knowledge and allowed him to bid the project. We are confident he would have overseen our sizable house with care and attention to detail.
